"Authentic old hotel with a local feel"

Hotel is very central and close to the causeway coming in to the town - for driving its actually simple but doesn't feel like it as the streets are narrow and quite a lot of people walking, but extremely close to the causeway when driving back out to park or when leaving. Staff directed us to the car park on other side of causeway and we drove back out there but decided it was too far for us and parked in the town park haus - expensive for 2 days 52 euro but really close to the hotel. Had a nice room on the 2nd floor - the stairs are quite steep! Very close to everything in the town once you get your bearings. Very good breakfast in the hotel restaurant - we didn't have dinner there but seems to be extremely popular - first night we saw people being turned away as they were full, so book if you want to eat there. Staff are nice but no hotel reception so check in and queries etc in restaurant. Lindau is lovely - easy to walk around island and a lot of cafes / restaurants

Stairs. Quite a bit of noise at night - but as most cafes / bars etc close relatively early unsure where people coming from. Hard to see hotel entrance when coming in at night - no lights in the small square

Sehr freundliches Personal. Feines Restaurant. Gutes Frühstück. Faire Preise. Eine super Unterkunft in Lindau! Sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Teppich im Treppenhaus hätte mal ein Update verdient.

"Lindau sous le soleil en septembre"

Hôtel très bien situé - dans la vieille ville hors du rush du monde. Grande chambre au 1er étage avec tout le confort (attention pas d’ascenseur). Petit déjeuner très complet (œufs à la demande) - l’équipe très dynamique et souriant.

Nous avons dîner à l’hôtel - très bon mais nous avons dû écourter notre repas car la petite salle est très très bruyante. Le repas a finis avec un mal de tête du au bruit . … dommage

"Traditionelles Haus mit Charme und sehr guter Küche ."

Die Lage ist sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück.Der Service und das Essen ist sehr gut.

Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen zu klein. Das Bad und der Kleiderschrank sind nicht groß genug.

"Tolle Gastfreundschaft!"

Das Hotel hat mich vor allem durch das großartige Personal beeindruckt, das echte Gastfreundschaft lebt und den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Die Lage ist gut, das Zimmer war makellos sauber und hat einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck hinterlassen. Beim Frühstück gab es eine tolle Auswahl – besonders die frischen Semmeln und das perfekt gekochte Ei haben die perfekten Grundlage für die Radtour gegeben.

Das Kissen war für meinen Geschmack zu weich, aber da ist jeder individuell.
