The Harmony Courtyard & Beijing Siheyuan Hotel - Forbidden City

I stayed here for 3 days in mid-May this year. The place is incredibly quiet, beautiful, and full of atmosphere. It feels as if you’re not in Beijing at all, but somewhere far out in the countryside. Everything is spotless, and the courtyard is so peaceful that I would just lie there in the evenings and enjoy the tranquility. It truly feels like a place that restores your energy. ❤️ The ladies at the reception were wonderful—friendly, helpful, responsive, and beautiful. They even helped me order food since I don’t speak Chinese. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. If I ever return to Beijing, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. 🌸🌸🌸

The property is absolutely beautiful. Felt like we were staying in an authentic part of Beijing. The room was nice and we always had water after cleaning. The staff are the special part about this stay. As soon as we arrived they asked us to add them (the hotel) on WeChat and through there they answered all our questions (which were a lot) and also brought us fruit when we first arrived and then when we asked they would bring what they had available. Special thank you to the girl who helped me set up meituan and took pictures of me in my traditional clothes. Also to the cleaning staff who were amazing at their jobs. Hard work done well! Thank you so much for the stay!

Аутентичный отель в центре Пекина, приветливый и заботливый персонал. Отдельное спасибо девочкам на ресепшен, помогли с заказом такси . Вечером приносили вкусняшки к чаю.

The beautiful courtyard in the centre

I was expecting a modern hotel. Turned out the entrance is along narrow side road that the car can hardly fit. Reception is small and very basic. Breakfast is just one tray with food on it, small breakfast room, no buffet at all. The hotel itself is very small, 10 or less rooms. Too expensive for basic accommodation off the main road. And no breakfast buffet.

This place is amazing! Beautiful, clean and well located.

Difficult for taxis to arrive in front of the hotel because of the narrow streets.

E’ un’oasi di pace a pochi passi dalla grande metropoli. Cortiletto interno molto bello in stile traduzionale Portano la colazione tradizionale, non è a buffet. Il caffè in stanza molto buono.

C’è qualche problema nella gestione delle luci in camera.
