Hotel Zimmermann

The hotel is located in a busy neighborhood, so parking at certain moments can be difficult when there are no spaces left at the hotel itself. The room was spacious with a desk and small balcony. There is a vending machine for soft drinks available, as well as small snacks at the reception. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower.

For a restaurant or supermarket a short drive is needed.

Location is not bad

I have asked about breakfast before we come and they confirmed that kids eat for free. When we checked out the lady said no and that the KIDS ate too much ( ridiculous) however I showed her the message and she insisted on us paying anyway. Have we had known that beforehand we could have not decided to eat there anyway. Although she wasn’t rude and she seemed nice but the way it was handled is against basic customer service. I didn’t want to argue as I felt shy and out of respect but it didn’t make any sense and is quite rude. The breakfast it self wasn’t ready and is v poor.
