Yoba Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Zhangjiajie. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for visiting the area’s main attractions. The level of service we received was simply outstanding. Even before our arrival, the staff reached out to help us plan our stay. They organized our itinerary, arranged tickets for all attractions and show tickets with fantastic seats. Their assistance saved us so much time and made everything incredibly easy. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent, and they were always quick to respond whenever we needed help. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. This was truly a memorable experience, and I cannot thank the team enough for helping create such an incredible trip. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Yoba Boutique Hotel.

Персонал очень помог с билетами и маршрутами по всем зонам куда мы хотели попасть, подсказывали планы, помогали с навигацией. Сам отель расположен в приятном месте и вечером можно погулять по красивому городку. Сам номер тоже очень понравился: он и выглядел эстетично, и вид был приятный и всё наполнение было таким, какое нужно.

Завтрак был довольно бедным. Сушилку мы то ли не нашли, то ли её не было - в силу дождливой погоды просто вывесить вещи на балкон, было плохой идеей (сушилка была в номере, но она платная и требует ещё одного внешнего приложения).

Lo staff della reception è stato molto disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste ed ha anche modificato prontamente quanto era stato pianificato. Abbiamo percepito la volontà di metterci a nostro agio e fornirci ogni cosa per farci godere del nostro viaggio

Nulla da segnalare di negativo. Solo qualche dettaglio come la rumorosità della stanza la sera, ma chiudendo le finestre c'era una facile soluzione, e l'ambiente un po' freddo (ma questo è assolutamente soggettivo)

Staff are great Place was quiet, on mountain view and close to the forest park .. many convenient stores nearby and restaurant.. ladies at reception are very helpful and kind... They saw us a family so they kindly offered more help with nearby rooms.. they found our belongings in the room and called us after checkout.. thanks for your hospitality.. Staff at restaurant were great too.. there's a freeaundry up, and a nice sitting in the lobby.. very compact, easy access and hospitable. All amenities are available in the room.

Perhaps food options and variety.. perhaps they should add corn flakes for kids..
