Eichenhof Hotel Garni

Das gesamte Umfeld ist sehr gut 👍 Eine Anregung wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ansonsten gibt es nichts negatives.

The room was a good size for three people and was very clean and well organised. I also had a few special requests, which the hotel kindly accommodated, albeit for an additional fee. Lastly, on the Saturday night we ended up stranded due to the lack of transport in the village, and the hotel manager was kind enough to give us a lift back to the hotel, again for a fee. 🚗 Overall, the room itself was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were helpful when assistance was needed.

The location is extremely inconvenient, and the hotel should clearly state that a car is necessary when staying in the village. There is no accessible transport nearby, which meant we had to walk around 40 minutes just to reach the train station. When we arrived at the hotel, there was not a single member of staff on site and all the hotel lights were off, which felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. A staff member eventually arrived about an hour later and claimed they had been waiting for us, which was simply not true, as I had been calling the hotel for nearly two hours before our arrival and no one answered. In addition, the main reason we booked this hotel was for the horse riding. However, on the day of our session there were no staff members available to guide us or explain where we needed to go. When we eventually found someone to ask, we were simply told to “go outside” without any further direction.

Sehr schönes Natur nahes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Familiär geführtes Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung. Man ist schnell im Spreewald und wenn man mag auch mit dem Zug in Berlin. Gutes Frühstpck,große Zimmer und bequeme Betten. Draußen kann man prima sitzen und findet immer jemanden für gute Gespräche oder kann die Tiere beobachten. Reiten ist nach Anfrage mgl.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.
