Property Notes

The property will contact guests by email after booking with details of check-in and key collection including a key-code which is required to enter the hotel. Please note, the reception is open Monday to Friday 7:00 until 13:00 and Monday to Thursday 15:30 until 18:00. On Saturdays and Sundays it's closed. Business travelers are asked to provide their company's address when booking to ensure a seamless check-out. Please be aware that breakfast is listed seperatly on invoices and the tax for this service is 19%. Because on weekends and holidays our reception is not staffed, and you cannot pay on the spot, we will charge the credit card of the guests who leave on one of these days.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
