Ik bestelde en betaalde voor een tweepersoonskamer. Ik kreeg hier een bevestiging van. Bij aankomst kon ik het hotel niet binnen omdat ik geen code ontvangen had. Na zeer moeizame contactname (op berichten werd niet gereageerd, telefoon was niet doorgeschakeld) werd me doodleuk verteld dat de reservatie geannuleerd werd. Omdat ik hier niet mee akkoord was werd me een eenpersoonskamer aangeboden. Deze heb ik uit noodzaak aanvaard. Na protest bij Booking.com werd me door de accommodatie een schamele terugstorting van €19,20 voorgesteld als prijsverschil van 4 nachten verblijf.

Sehr schöner Gasthof in der Mitte von Heidenheim. Die Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders angenehm war der Kühlschrank mit den Getränken zur Selbstbedienung (mit Kasse des Vertrauens). Der Gasthof ist wirklich schön gelegen. Es gibt viele Wege zum wandern und auch die Anbindung an den ÖPNV war hervorragend. Frühstück war ausreichend und Eiergerichte wurden frisch und auf Wunsch zubereitet.
