Clean and well maintained, new furniture, clean bathroom, cosy, good location - heart of the city. No problem with parking on the weekend. Windows have good sound proofing so the Church bells are not too loud if you are light of sleep.

I missed some variety at breakfast, you can choose either cold cuts or eggs. I am not too picky but some might miss some additional warm choices. Sound insulation between the rooms is not the best. Keep in mind you have the church bells next to the hotel.
