Sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis; schlechte Ausstattung, zB kein Föhn

Le fait de devoir payer les taxes de séjour en plus et de manière compliquée. Manque de souplesse et de bienveillance.

Sehr freundliches Personal und eine unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Ebenfalls ist das Hotel direkt am Bahnhof gelegen und in wenigen Minuten Laufweg erreicht man zahlreiche, leckere Restaurants.

Die Unterkunft war sichtlich heruntergekommen. Für den verlangten Preis, war der Zustand des Zimmers nicht gerechtfertigt. (Extrem dünne Türen, sehr schlecht gefliestes Badezimmer, alles sehr günstig und schlecht renoviert). Ein richtiger Wohlfühlfaktor war in dem gebuchten Zimmer nicht möglich.

Das Badezimmer gleicht einem Abstellraum und das Bett fügt einem Rückenschmerzen zu...

Der Raum ist extrem klein. Die Badezimmertüre musste ich öffnen um mich zu bücken. Die Betten sind sehr "durchgelegen".

It was one of the cheapest hotels in the city centre, although it's still overpriced imho. It's close to the central train station and the central area around Binnenalster-Jungfernstieg-Rathaus, and not too far from Landungsbrücken and Reeperbahn. Public transport options are already convenient too. There are a lot of restaurants, shops/stores, and kiosks around the hotel. The receptionists were nice to me. The room size was not bad. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was clean. There was no A/C in the room, but it's possible to ventilate the room by opening the window. And the room had a good view of the square.

These cons might be tolerable for 1 or 2 nights. However, I would still like to list them. - Even though it's one of the cheapest hotels in Hamburg centre, it's still overpriced for its quality tbh. But I can't solely criticise the hotel at this point, because most of the accommodation options in the Hamburg centre were already costly. - The check-in process was needlessly complicated. I had completed the online check-in phase and paid the city tax on WhatsApp before flying to Hamburg, but when I arrived at the hotel, I went through another check-in process and paid another tax for the room. - The room (walls, floor, furniture) was vastly worn out and dusty. Slippers had better be provided. - The bathroom was extremely small, and even the sink was in the bedroom outside the bathroom. :) The room itself has a prison cell feel to it. - The shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom was of poor quality. - There was no table in the room. - The default and free latest check-out time is too early: 10 AM. If you want to postpone it to 12 PM, you need to pay an extra fee. - The free wireless Internet connection was too slow. Perhaps I should have paid extra to buy the high-speed option... - Either the television or the remote control was not working. - There should have been one more towel.

Zimmer schön groß, schön leise bei offenem Fenster. Lage top!

Ist ein bisschen heruntergekommen und alt. Fenster hatte einen Riss, Zimmertür sah beschädigt aus..als ob da mal jemand versucht hat einzubrechen. Badezimmer überhaupt nicht schön, überall kaputte Stellen.

kein Wasserkoch, kein Kühlschrank Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht passend
