To the hotel management, Upon our arrival, we were met with a closed hotel. Due to an unexpected traffic jam in Hamburg, we were delayed and arrived later than planned. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel contacted us proactively to provide guidance or instructions for late check-in. We had also tried calling the hotel earlier in the day to inform you about our delay, but received no response from the reception. This lack of communication resulted in a very frustrating experience when we arrived and were unable to access our room. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improving your communication procedures for guests arriving late.

We arrived late and left early, so we saw no staff. They were responsive when I sent messages about our late arrival.

Biz resturantında yemek yemeyi tercih ettik.Uzun zamandır yemediğimiz çok lezzetli bir balık yedik.Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi.Sorunsuz bir şekilde konaklamımızı bitirdik.
