Hotel El Dorado

The staff were friendly, professional, and very hardworking. The hotel arranged a driver for pickup from Punta Cana, which was efficient and stress-free. Our room was clean, comfortable, and located on the second floor with a nice view of the courtyard. The food was excellent. Although the menu is limited, the quality was outstanding, and dinner was comparable to — or better than — many restaurants back home. The hotel is within walking distance (about 1 km) to a local beach that felt safe and had plenty of food and drink options. It was enjoyable watching local families spend time together. There is also a small store just a block away for water and beer. The hotel helped arrange another driver for our onward travel to our cruise, which made everything seamless. The property is quiet and perfect for relaxing — we chose to stay within the compound in the evenings.

Not everyone speaks fluent English, so some Spanish is helpful. That said, Google Translate worked well, and the staff were always patient and accommodating

Eigentlich nichts

Hotel ben posizionato vicino alla spiaggia (16 minuti a piedi) e a poca distanza in auto dal terminal crociere. I proprietari sono Italiani , gentilissimi. Il personale è molto disponibile e accogliente. Grande e ben fornita la camera, con bevande gratis in frigorifero. Ottima e varia la colazione dolce e salata servita ai bordi della piscina.

This family owned hotel is a hidden gem. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The grounds and pool were always neat and clean. Dining was beside the pool. The property was very secure. I would definitely recommend this hotel vs going to an all inclusive pre or post a cruise. Well done Giovanni, family, and staff.

eu gostei muito da localização do hotel para quem vai pegar um cruzeiro porto pois o hotel fica muito perto. Gostei da atenção do Sr Giovani e familia ao nos atender e tambem do restaurante . Recomendamos este hotel
