L'hôtel se trouve à proximité dun centre commerciale (garden city et que l'hôtel a un très bon restaurent gastronomique.

"Un faux 4 étoiles : attente, supplément forcé, chambre défaillante et priorité au copinage, à éviter"

Franchement, pas grand-chose. L’emplacement est correct et le technicien a fini par venir remplacer la douchette… après une longue attente.

L’hôtel ne mérite clairement pas 4 étoiles. À la réception, attente interminable malgré réservation, pendant que des “VIP” (maârifa) passent devant sans réservation. Chambre standard avec deux lits simples “non disponible” → supplément imposé pour une chambre “premium”, premium surtout par le prix. Dans la chambre : stores cassés et impossibles à fermer (fenêtre donnant sur la chambre), puis fuite de douchette et sol inondé. Service lent et inefficace : après plusieurs appels, intervention ~1h plus tard, sol resté mouillé jusqu’au lendemain et stores toujours cassés. Petit-déjeuner : 45 minutes de queue, avec encore priorité aux VIP. Organisation, respect du client et maintenance : zéro.
