Numidien Hotel

Very poor stay experience. Not recommended. I checked in late at night (around 12:30 AM) and found that there was no blanket on the bed. The wired phone in the room was also not working. After fixing the phone myself, I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. The phone number listed on Booking was also invalid. After finally getting through and reporting the issue, the response was extremely slow. I waited in the room for more than 10 minutes with no callback or staff coming to assist. When I went downstairs to report it in person, I was still asked to go back to my room and wait. At that time of night, not even providing a basic blanket is unacceptable. I ended up standing at the front desk until they prepared one. In the end, a staff member took me to a hallway storage area to pick up a blanket myself. The room was not comfortable either—my companion experienced skin itching after sleeping. Additionally, the front desk does not accept Visa cards, and the exchange rate for cash payments is not favorable. Overall, the service, facilities, and responsiveness were all below expectations. This was a very unpleasant stay.

Smelt very bad. Poor condition overall. Customer service was appalling.

- Personnel à l'écoute . - Le chauffeur qui fait la navette hôtel aéroport gentil, ponctuel et professionnel . - le gardien à la porte gentil professionnel.

Je suis déçue de l'état de propreté des chambres, la moquette est TROP SALE ! il y a même de la moisissure ce qui est terrible ! il est temps de les enlever et opter pour un parquet ou laisser simplement le carrelage pour faciliter le nettoyage. - le wifi dans les chambres est très faiblle voire absent ! - pour un hôtel 3 étoile le minimum d'avoir une bouteille d'eau minérale dans le réfrigérateur. Hélas ce n'est pas le cas j'ai dû sortir dehors à 23 h pour en acheter.
