"De miedo, como tomo fotos con la inseguridad del sitio"

La habitación tenía un olor horrible, el protector del colchón estaba roto, las toallas de pésima calidad y el encargado del hotel aparte de ser homofóbico también tenía rechazo hacia las mascotas (fuimos con nuestro perrito), no permitió el uso de la piscina ni conocer las instalaciones, al momento de hacer el checkout del hotel nadie estaba atendiendo en recepción y los huéspedes que querían confirmar su llegada no pudieron ser atendidos, en nuestro caso debimos dejar la llave y el control en una ventana y salir hacia nuestro próximo destino, qué pésima experiencia.
