Tout était très bien,personnel très sympathique

Se me olvidó algo en el alojamiento, les pedí que por favor me lo enviaran a quito en alguna empresa o bus, obviamente yo pagaría el envío y el servicio prestado. pero se negaron. Solo me dieron la opción de recogerlo personalmente , sin tener en cuenta que somos turistas, que solo estábamos de pasada en Latacunga y era imposible regresar. Muy mal detalle

This was just a cute, quiet hotel that we totally fell in love with! Estefany was simply fantastic - kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She was willing to get up early to make sure we had a good breakfast before an early morning departure, took care of any problems that arose, and helped us secure our vehicle for 3 days while hiked the nearby Quilatoa Loop (a must if you're a hiker and enjoy challenging terrain and amazing views!). The room was quiet, with great mountain views and comfortable beds. We enjoyed a glass of wine (we provided) in the evening in the spacious common room, chatting with friends as we prepared for our morning hike. It was a great stay - made better by a wonderful hostess!

There wasn't much not to like. I suppose the water pressure might have been stronger, but we had hot water which hasn't always been the case in our travels. The roughest part was having to walk up the hill to get back to the hotel after an afternoon in city.

Increíble experiencia. Fue hermoso todo. El cuarto y el jacussi divinos. La atención espectacular. Todo muy bueno.

Todo me encantó. No me podría quejar de nada. Tal vez mejor un poco el desayuno.

Las instalaciones son bellas y buen espacio para su costo, su toque de madera es una cosa de otro mundo.

The inside was pretty with the wood.

They played very loud music throughout the hotel until 9pm at which point I went down to reception to ask them to turn it off which they reluctantly did. Every time I turned on my shower, it only had cold water and I had to go to reception to ask them to turn the heater on again. The sheets did not seem clean.

Die Lage oberhalb von Latacunga mit schöner Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren, wie auch das gesamte Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.. Für 2 -3 Tage ok

Es fehlt ein Hinweisschild. Am Abend hatte selbst der Taxifahrer Mühe das Hostal zu finden. Viel Hundegebell in der Nacht. Das Frühstück war am 1 Tag überschaubar 1 Toastbrot mit Avocado bestrichen, 1 hart gekochtes Ei und es gab anscheinend keine Milch zum löslichen Kaffee.. Am 2.Tag war es etwas besser und wir haben selbst Milch gekauft und dort gelassen.
