Good location for central Cuenca, very useful free parking, and the hotel was nice and clean. The older woman and young guy were nice and helpful.

The old gentleman on reception clearly has no idea about customer service and was very unhelpful and unfriendly on the three occasions we dealt with him, which is a shame because the younger man was very helpful. The breakfast was the usual (bread, eggs, juice, coffee) but was poor quality. Compared to other less expensive hotels we stayed in in Ecuador, the decor is dated.
