Amazing staff. They were great, super welcoming, borrowed snorkeling stuff, even provided some snacks for us to take to the tours. Really recommend! The place was super clean and welcoming.

Exceptional staff who helped with any everything we asked. Large room, very nice newly refurbished bathroom. AC worked well. There's space on the terrace to dry wetsuits etc.

A bit of a walk from the town and noisy neighbours with music on full blast from the sun rise (though this is probably the case for most of San Cristobal). The room itself was very dark and not very cosy (though perfectly functional).

They prepared a small breakfast pack when we had to leave early. The rooftop breakfast area was nice.

The area of the hotel is a bit run down, 0 tourist facilities around. It wasn’t a nice walk coming from the beach (around 10 mins). The pictures look better than the actual room. The receptionist lady said we could use the kitchen but when we tried make something very simple (boiled egg and a tea), the staff wasn’t very pleased and sent us out.

Very spacious room and Sarah was wonderful. She gave us lots of recommendations about the things to do on the island . We felt right at home

Good wifi, good bed and clean room. Location is also really good because it is little bit remote from center. Nice place i think

Our room was close to another building (Local building maybe?) and there parties one night. Music (loud) and talk up 2am. Sound isolation to that building is really poor because you can even hear someone snoring there even it is totally different building.

Sarah the host was really friendly and helpful. She booked us a tour, we could hire wetsuits and snorkels. Breakfast was included and was really good. Nice comfy clean decor. Big bedroom. TV. WiFi. Nice communal areas.

Bright light outside at night made it light in the room. So would benefit from blackout blind. A bit noisy outside at night.

Lovely small hotel out of main tourist zone but still walkable to everything. Sarah was super friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely - lots of food and a nice view on the rooftop.

Located a few minutes walk from the Main Street this ended up being a good location. Sarah was fabulous. With our lack of Spanish speaking skills she was able to provide us with the best recommendations of places to go which also included restaurants. Sarah set up a taxi for us to explore the island, we were able to rent our snorkel gear and everything went so smoothly. We hit the jackpot!

Comfortable room, less than 10 mins from the port and friendly staff and a decent breakfast included! There are laundrettes and restaurants very close by as well as mini markets.
