Superb staff! very accommodating. Pickup and dropoff from airport without a fee. The staff can book you tours — very convenient. Close to Playa Mann. Very clean. Located away from the touristy center, with a couple of very inexpensive local restaurants nearby.

A bit far from the city center but definitely within walking distance.

Comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast served outside on the terrace.

No soundproofing in the room so lots of noise from the terrace. Tiny bathroom and often no hot water.

"Good room in San Cristobal"

The hotel runs by a local family which shows much care for their guests. The rooms are renovated and they are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good the staff was helpful and very welcoming..

The shower did not look good as the room itself, and it did not have hot water. May have been a problem in the specific time we stayed there, we went down stairs a few times to notify and ot was hard to do that as the reception wasn't occupied regularly. The room did not have a window. The room is a bit far from the main street, although that did not bother us that much.

Really nice owner and his family. He brought us to a snorkeling place for free, when our shower was cold we could shower in another room. Next day our own shower was fixed. Breakfast was good. Even when we had a tour early in the morning they made sure we had breakfast. Room was clean and got cleaned every day.
