"Nice and pleasant"

All the hotel was clean every day, the staff was kind and we enjoyed the stay, there nothing that bad to tell. On of the charging of my room didn’t work, i called the reception and they sent someone in some minutes to fix it

"The room smelt like tobacco..."

The bed was very comfortable, so were the pillows.

Even though the room was "non smoking" the room was pungent. The room smelt too much of tobacco. The sheets, the interior, unfortunately even the towels. As a non-smoker, the overpowering smell made me feel quite uncomfortable and sick.
