Palvelu oli loistavaa! Meille reissulla sattuneen tapaturman vuoksi hlökunta joutui joustamaan ja auttamaan meitä todella paljon. Se ei näkynyt heidän asenteessaan negatiivisuutena. Ihania, avuliaita ihmisiä.

Vaikka toinen meistä halusi paikkaan sen historiallisuuden vuoksi, toinen oli hieman järkyttynyt avoikkunoista ja siitä, että ilmastointi puuttui huoneesta. Lisäksi ikkunoiden ollessa auki yölläkin, melu oli todella kova ja kärpäset loivat hieman epäsiistin viban.

"Ruhiges Hotel in toller Lage!"

Ich habe das Hotel wegen der ruhigen und zentralen Lage gewählt – es ist (ich hatte ein Zimmer hinten raus) absolut ruhig und die Lage innerhalb von Tallinn Old Town ist perfekt. Mein Zimmer war groß, das Bett super bequem, keine nervige Belüftungsanlage oder summende Minibar (Kühlschrank kann man aber bekommen, wenn man möchte), ein großes Bad mit viel Ablagefläche und Haken und Fußbodenheizung. Der Empfang war super herzlich und ich habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Ich würde hier noch einmal buchen. (Frühstück hatte ich nicht mitgebucht, es ist aber à la carte und man müsste am Abend zuvor jeweils einen Zettel ausfüllen, mit der Frühstückszeit und mit dem, was man am Morgen essen möchte.)

Eigentlich war alles super, höchstens die Fliesen im Bad/Dusche sind seeehr rutschig, wenn diese nass sind, da muss man echt aufpassen. Und das WLAn könnte schneller sein. Ansonsten alles prima!
