The room was clean and stylish

Campus by Larsen was the WORST accommodation experience in my life. I booked for SEVEN days with no refund. Your marketing did not convey that it was student accommodation or show that the bed would be compressed inside an alcove with a box in front that you had to climb over to get in. The booking photo showed a room for 2 with a lounge, a double wardrobe, a bed, a table and 2 chairs. When saw on arrival I called to say I am old, please give me a room with a bed that sticks out. What I was given was a fold down lounge to sleep on, hard as a rock, sheets that were thin and too short for the bed, one bar stool and a small drinks table. No privacy from the street as there were no sheers only curtains. Then I rang and emailed many times over many days, begging for a table and chair and extra sheets (I have dust mite allergies-I got no sleep from coughing all night, I woke aching all over). Nothing arrived. Four days later came across a housemaid and begged her for sheets. Those sheets were large enough to hang over both sides of the lounge and were hotel grade thickness. Still no table or chair for SEVEN DAYS !!! Call centre/security: “Just go and use the meeting room on Level 4”. (No, I wanted to set up my work in my ‘apartment’.). Concierge advertised as 10am until 20 or 22.00(?) 7 days. Security said office is open only 9-5 Mon to Fri. Call Centre said email us your requests. I tried booking@ but they said they never got the email, and gave me hello@larsen.ee (which is no where on your marketing). Security said “I will follow up”, they didn’t. Another said “You get what you paid for, no chance of a table or chair.” The location was surrounded for many many kms by horrible ugly buildings - hardly a holiday destination and no documents in the room as buses, shops, activities in the locale. It took me 3 days to see there was a spa was across the road.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals was provided. We had a very pleasant stay.The hotel also has a very nice rooftop terrace and lounge area available for all guests. There is also a gym and laundry facilities.

The curtains did not fully cover the windows. The bedroom door would not close completely, and the curtain did not fully cover the balcony door, so some light came through and disturbed our sleep. The air in the room also felt a bit stuffy. We tried adjusting the air conditioning, but unfortunately it did not help.

Couldn't turn on the ac. No dishwasher

Очень комфортная комната, есть все необходимое, чисто и уютно. Безопасность на высоте. Тихое место. Парковка под окном. Рядом большой комплекс СПА. Доставка еды в 2-3 минутах. Буду гостить еще.
