Generally, the property itself was fine. However, the service quality and overall attitude completely ruined the experience. It created a very unpleasant feeling throughout the stay attempt.

Very bad experience!! Main issues: • Access codes provided by the property did not work • Problems entering parking, building, and room • Waited about 1 hour for security to physically open the door • Property already knew about the issue (announcement placed on entrance door) • Wrong Wi-Fi password provided • Calls were answered in the style of “you have a problem” instead of trying to help • Most calls and emails were ignored completely • Cancellation request submitted via Booking.com was not answered • No responsibility taken by management or security company

Die Unterkunft war sauber und in gutem Zustand

Die Kommunikation war unwegsam und bedurfte mehrere telefonversuche um Zugang zu bekommen… ab 5.30 Uhr wahnsinnig er Lärm vom Appartement darüber…. Es gibt keine Schallisolierung zwischen den Stockwerken
