The location...the quite environment....the polite cooperative staff

The housekeeping needs more care

The location and size of the room and bath, The staff are very kind, thoghtfull and helfull.

The rust on faucets. And the too loud music in the pool (close to the rooms)

the crew is very friendly, when there was a problame with the shower they fixed it really fast, it is very hot in dahab so refrigerator in the room was a blass, they upgraded me to a batter room in the second they after of the first day incident

orderd a single room for 11 days and the first night was hell!!! after i chacked in and unpack my stuff they got inside my room repacked my stuff without asking or telling me (they lost 200$ shoes in that process) and when i came back to the hotel they did not let me go in the room and lied to my face that there was a water pipe explosion while they just gave the room for another guest because they were over booked!!! now their very bad idea for me for the first night was that i stay in room orderd by family and their 2 little children hoping that the family will not come/chack in (obviously after a very akward meeting with the family in the room the family mooved to a diffrant hotel) first night the room was very dirty and eas so obvious that hasnt been cleaned!!! the mattres in that room was so old that i felt avry single wood in the base of the bad, also the shower didnt work but they fixed it in about helf an hour. in the 11 days i was there they did not clean the room once unless i asked dirackly! when i asked for some frash towels i was answerd that they are in the laundry and for 11 days only onced the towels was changed, there idea of cleaning is" if it is not visible to the eye it is not exist!!!" when i opend the refrigerator door the floor under the door was so black and dirty and even when i notify it when asked them to come and clean the room they didnt clean there and every time i opend that refrigerator i saw all the dirt the blanket had no sheet so also was not very clean and for 11 days the bad sheet was not changed breakfast is very poor and seemd to not have a spacific hours. i prepayd in cash when i chacked in and after the what happend in the first night they offerd me refound' when i chacked out at the last night and asked about the refound i was answerd thet they dont have cash and they are sorry.
