Pasamos dos días en el hotel y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, cómodo y bien cuidado. Pero lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fue la atención de Félix, el dueño. Ha sido increíblemente atento y amable con nosotros, siempre pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. En mi caso, que soy celíaca, tuvieron un trato excepcional: me compraron productos específicos para el desayuno y se aseguraron de que todo fuera seguro para mí. Se nota el cuidado y el cariño con el que gestionan el lugar.
