"Great value for money and huge room"

Huge room and super friendly staff! Everything was very clean and they helped us with metro information to bus station as well! The lady in charge was already leaving when we arrived at the building but she was kind enough to go up to the reception with us for the check in with her staff and waited until we went to our room.

"Ha Luo Hotel is the best choice for its convenient city location & transportation at low room rates."

Ha Luo Hotel is best for its convenient location in the city Kunming with MRT ๅœฐ้“ in walking distance which connections to many attractions. The hotel staff are always very polite and helpful to respond to your needs. Though breakfast is not provided, foods stalls and eating outlets are conveniently located just outside the hotel and nearby streets like Beijing Road.

The bathroom's shower needs to be maintained to prevail leaking

"Bad"

Location next to dangzixiang Station.

The toilet facilities are not functioning. The cups are dirty, the sink tap are loosening. The tables and wardrobes are not working. The lighting are bad. No validation and no air-con. We are very disappointed and not recommended for stay.

1-the staff very friendly even thought I'm late check in due I'm lost my way to find this hotel..very kinds guys to pick up me..credit ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ to guys the name mr sun 2-staff ladies very helpful..great customer service..Ms joy 3-hotel location near by subway line 6..just exit gate A or F..just cross the road 3min to reach hotel..nearby old town street..shopping mall.. convenient shop..

Everything was perfect, I totally recommend. Good position in front of the subway and close to the centre. The receptionist speaks a good English to communicate
