Ubicación y tamaño de la habitación

Cuarto de baño lleno de moho, mal aspecto, poca luz. Aspecto de ropa de cama y baño desagradable. Sensación de poca higiene y cuidado. Habitación a muy baja temperatura, nos prohibieron dejar tarjeta puesta para que se templara un poco. El colmo fue la pésima educación del recepcionista, a quien avisé de que llegaría después de las 14:00, indicándome él que no había problema y que estaría allí hasta las 20:00 hrs y cuando llegué a las 19:00 hrs. me dijo que él no estaba a mi disposición para recibirme a la hora que me diera la gana. FUE INTOLERABLE
