La atención del personal y las vistas desde el balcón de la habitación.

No nos gustó que en el baño de la habitación en la noche salía un olor a cañería y tras cerrar la puerta toda la noche, al día siguiente había que airear para que el mal olor se fuera. También el sonido del ascensor en la noche era incómodo, dado que la habitación estaba pegada a este.

"No es hotel para PMR."

La ubicacion frente al mar

Solicité habitacion para PMR, me dijeron que estaba ocupada y considero que es falso. La unica plaza de aparcamiento para PMR la usé yo y no vimos ningun PMR durante 2 dias. En recepcion a mi llegada me dijeron que no habia plazas para PMR y era mentira. El acceso al hotel es imposoble para un PMR si está el parking completo. Ascensor demasiado pequeño y lento. Los baños muy deteriorados. Olor a tabaco.

La cercanía a la playa

Íbamos con una persona con movilidad reducida y no tuvimos donde aparcar porque en ese momento estaban en obras, no nos avisaron
