Very disappointing experience. I had booked this hotel but unfortunately needed to slightly change my plans for the first day. I tried contacting the hotel multiple times through Booking.com and by telephone, however none of the numbers worked — including the number listed on Booking.com and Google. The hotel also completely ignored my messages. After spending almost two hours on calls with Booking.com trying to understand what was happening, I was eventually informed that my booking had effectively been resold and that I could no longer check in. Since then, I have requested the official hoja de reclamaciones (complaint form), which under Spanish consumer law should be provided when requested. The hotel has been extremely rude and refused to email it, insisting I would need to physically return to the hotel to collect it despite explaining this is not possible. The entire experience has been incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant. I genuinely would not recommend staying here based on the way customers are treated when problems arise.
