La ubicacion

Me gustó la ubicación y el desayuno con las vistas del mar.

Lo único que merece la pena es la ubicación.

El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado, y lo peor es que la habitación que nos dieron , está a pie de calle , con coche aparcados al lado de la ventana No puedes abrir la ventana por la noche , porque no hay unos barrotes para que no te entre nadie mientras duermes. No pudimos dormir nada en toda la noche. Calor asfixiante en habitación. Entendemos que hiciese mucho calor éstos días en Sopelana, pero las habitaciones deberían estar preparadas , por el precio que tienen. Y a ésto se suma, el que no pudiéramos entrar en la habitación , hasta las tres y cuarto de la tarde.

The bar terrace and view was very nice although buildings in front did obstruct what could have been a better view The bar staff were great and the bar terrace and view and the bar snacks were very good. It was also very clean. The receptionist was so helpful and she gave us her fan from her little office.

We booked 2 nights and when we arrived it was not what we expected we did request to cancel our second night as two nights in the small room (with a walk through a storeroom was not great). These rooms were I assume for people with mobility issues as no lift. They declined and said we would still have to pay so we struggled through the second night. With no air-con and the room on the ground floor it was roasting as we could not leave the window open as it was unsafe. The hairdryer was broken and taped up. This is more a bar and rooms than a hotel. Absolutely nothing wrong with the place but for the above great for young sufers and walkers for an overnight. It was very clean. No access to beach for people with mobility problem or wheelchairs

Die Lage war sehr gut, Preisleistung für eine Nacht okay.

Das Englisch sprechende Personal stand zum Frühstück nicht zur Verfügung.
