La ubicación

Nos cambiaron al Ipanema Beach porque este no estaba listo. No parece un 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones se ven baratas, y no hay ciertas cosas que se esperan de un 4*, como por ejemplo minibar, que el aire acondicionado funcione, más amenities... Lo peor fue la atención del personal de recepción. No proporcionaron información de prácticamente nada, poco amables y cero resolutivas. Tuvimos discrepancias de la reserva que habíamos hecho con Booking con lo que nos encontramos allí, y por no pedir no pidieron ni disculpas. Tuvimos que pagar tasas más altas de las que nos aparecían en Booking y nos dijeron que el desayuno no lo incluía, cuando en el momento de la reserva sí aparecía. Nos dijeron que tenían estos problemas constantemente, pero solución ninguna.
