The location was good and near everywhere.

Restaurant and cafe was not enough and there was no any cafe for smoking. It is a bit restriction for smokers.

The facilities, gym, sauna, swimming pool etc

Most hotels have no heating and the rooms can be very cold at night even for European. I fell unwell in one of the so called 5 star hotels in Addis because the water was cold and room was very cold at nights. A friend then recommended Capital hotel. Booking.com should check or include hotel heating facilities, this is missing from Booking criteria.

They are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to help guests, especially the team at the main reception — very approachable and always ready to assist. The spa and gym area are also excellent, with kind and supportive staff who make the experience even better. Overall, a very warm and helpful team that truly makes you feel at home.
