Breakfast was very nice. The hotel is situated on the grounds of a very lovely park, by the lake. We enjoyed walking around the property, and visiting Lahti.

We notified the hotel when we booked that we would be arriving a bit late, due to airplane schedules. We received an acknowledgement that it would be ok, but no instructions. When we arrived at the property it was locked, with no indication of where we should go or what we should do. There were no people around. I tried contacting the property through Booking.com, but received no response. Two people who looked like they might also be tourists came driving in, and we asked them what to do. Luckily one of them phoned the property and got a response. No one was there, but they had left the key in a little box on the porch. The second day we were there our keys stopped working. Once again, luckily, another guest used his key to let me in. Once inside I looked for someone to help me, but the place was deserted. No one in the kitchen, at the desk. After about 10 minutes we found someone to help us. The staff was together in a room for some training. Someone had cancelled our keys.

Posizione fantastica in splendido parco con accesso al lago che invoglia a rilassarsi e passeggiare. Buonissima la colazione con prodotti di qualità e vasta scelta

Anche se nella sala reception era disponibile il bollitore per farsi caffè o the sarebbe stato più comodo averlo in camera
