L'emplacement, la facilité d'accès et le parking

Le manque d'écoute de la réceptionniste. Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme. Pas de problème pour elle, c'est très calme, peu de fréquentation. Au final, nous sommes au RDC près des portes pare-feu qui claquent à chaque passage d'un client, à en faire trembler le lavabo de la salle de bain !!! De plus, un bouton lumineux bleu pour le chauffage face au lit qui éclaire toute la chambre à 4 reprises dans la nuit !!! Aucune excuse de la part de l'hôtel.
