Qualité de l'accueil. Chambre spacieuse avec un très grand lit. Hôtel très bien situé en face de la Gare de Lamballe.

Chambre très propre.

La télé n'était pas utilisable, peut être les piles de la télécommande?? Le distributeur de savon de la salle de bain était vide. Pas de couverture supplémentaire. En prenant possession de la chambre à 15h30 celle-ci était glaciale , nous avons mis en service le radiateur de chauffage qui était totalement fermé. Au petit déjeuner dans la corbeille une clémentine était inconsommable (pourrie). Dans une activité de service , il est de la responsabilité de l'établissement à devoir vérifier l'évidence pour une réservation programmée de longue date.
