La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo la camarera del restaurante, súper atenta y profesional y hablaba español

El único pero, el baño era muy pequeño, apenas se podía abrir la puerta de la ducha y poco sitio para poner el neceser y otras cosas

"The price was higher than the experience."

Dinner at the facility was very good with great service. Breakfast was very good. Location was near Cirque Du Gavernie. Beautiful area.

Hot tub was luke warm. View from room was very limited. Pictures on bookings.com make it look like you should have a view of the mountains from the room. I think there were better options in Gavernie.

Atmosphere, food, rooms and most importantly the people

That my Booking.com credits could not be applied. This should have been very clear at the outset by Booking.com. I had to dig through the site to find that out. In future, it should be clear that an accommodation does not accept the credits.
