Adoramos o hotel e o staff. O quarto era fantástico, o pequeno almoço muito bom e o facto de estar tão perto das pistas (apesar de não ser um ski in, ski out) e das lojas de aluguer de material tornou a nossa estadia mais prática e confortável. Voltaríamos sem dúvida!

Tivemos um problema com a troca de botas de ski no quarto das botas, mas isso não é tanto culpa do hotel (apesar de poder ter sido mais organizado, por exemplo como é nos cacifos em que há um para cada quarto).

Everything was amazing. from the room to the staff to the breakfast. Tidy and clean. Everything was perfect and the service was amazing, very attentive and responsive. The spa is amazing and a MUST apres ski!

A bit far from the slopes, but it's a fine 5 min walk with your ski boots on (still a lot closer than other hotels)

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Val Thorens - location was the best and the staff was incredible, especially the front desk (Sebastian and Alex). We really loved the comfort & decor of our room, the friendliness of the waitstaff at the restaurant and being able to realx at the spa after a long day of skiing.

I didn't have any issues with the hotel. It was perfect!

Très bel hôtel . On a aimé le Jacuzzi sans supplément . Personnel très agréable.

Le local à ski est sous sol obligeant à monter des escaliers et accès au piste demandant quelques mètres de marche .

Accès facile, parking, chaleur dans l'etablissement. Rangement des chaussures de ski et des ski trés pratique

Spa inadapté, jacuzzi peu efficace, Sauna eteint certain jour et nous étions 5 personnes dans l'espace SPA à tenter d'attendre une place.
