Guests must present the credit card used for the hotel booking and an ID upon arrival. If the cardholder is not present, the reservation will be confirmed only after the return of a signed debit authorization email. Please note that for long stays (7 nights or more) arrivals and departures are on Saturdays. The half-board week rate includes breakfast. Dinner is available at an additional cost. Please note that limited baby facilities including a baby cot, baby-changing mattress, baby bottle and bottle warmer are subject to availability at the time of request. Please note that the Irish pub is open every evening from 16:00 to 01:00. Special conditions and extra fees may apply for reservations of more than 19 people. The baby kit also includes a bathtub.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Not a terrible experience but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again"

Good location

The Boot room is just chaotic every time you enter .It is far too small and compact for the amount of guests . Pleasant staff but not enough staff for the size of hotel and the amount of guests .The hotel is very tired and needs updating I feel for the price paid

"very worth the price half board and great location by the lifts"

3min walk to the lift (Tichot, Bollin, Borsat) in center of Val Claret. easy to get and go by bus (Altibus / Alpybus) from Geneva, Bourg St Maurice etc. kind staff helpful always. nice wellness with sauna. meals with great variety so worth half-board (couldnt find similar price in the whole Alps)

the double bed was two singled joined which is very bad, terrace qas not clean, old but fair structure in general

Die Lage des Hotels war gut und es gab Parkmöglichkeiten.

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und benötigt dringend eine Reneovierung. In diesem Zustand fühlt man sich nicht wohl.

"Helt ok för pengarna"

Rent, snyggt och trevlig personal. Bra pris och läge. Ordnade så vi kunde ställa våra cyklar i ett låst rum. Frukost som kunde haft lite mer att erbjuda fast den va ändå okej.

Saknades helt möbler på balkongen och detta gick heller inte att ordna enligt receptionen trots att det fanns en hel del oanvända utemöbler som dom kunnat lösa detta med.
