La situation géographique

Le refus de rembourser une 2eme chambre prise par erreur, non utilisée et libérée pourtant de suite ( erreur sur Booking) alors qu ils en avaient la possibilité. Pas de sommier mais des planches pour réduire les coûts mais aussi limiter le risque punaise de lit. Pas super rassurant.
