Le personnel de la réception est particulièrement désagréable : aucun respect, aucune compréhension, une communication défaillante et un réel désintérêt pour les clients et leurs demandes. Je n’ai jamais vu cela dans un hôtel !

Rien franchement plus jamais cette hôtel une odeur dans la chambre du caca de chien dans les marche du hall pour aller dans les chambres plus jamais

La dame de réception nous a chauffée nos gamelle c'était gentil de ça part
