Niente Propietario gentile na e struttura vecchia abbandonata

E troppo vecchia la struttura odore terribile letti erano sporchi abbiamo fatto cambiare lenzuola che erano piene di capelli asciugamani erano buttati in tera propietario stato gentile e cambiato subito

Location is far from Colmar city centre and there’s no facilities such as kettle and only two wall plugs in the bedroom. You can only check in from 5-9pm

Wo soll man hier anfangen… Sehr schmutzig, altes Taschentuch unterm Bett, kleines durchgelegenes Bett, nur ein Laken und eine dünne Wolldecke zum zudecken für zwei Personen. Badezimmer abgeranzt und schmutzig, kostenlose Pflegeprodukte ein Witz und ein Tütchen schimmelig. Überall sehr merkwürdiger unangenehmer Geruch.

Il riscaldamento della stanza era spento al nostro arrivo e alla notte siamo morti di freddo. La stanza si è scaldata dopo due giorni.. c’era muffa nel bagno dovuta alla condensa.

There's nothing I liked about the facility.

The rooms are extremely small, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest properly. During the night, the heating system stopped working without any warning, and the room became unacceptably cold. The bed linen was not clean and had visible stains. As a result of dust and detergent residues, my wife suffered an allergic reaction. Due to these serious hygiene and comfort issues, we were forced to cut our planned 2-night stay short and leave the hotel after only 1 night. We vacated the room early the following morning. Despite having paid for 2 nights, our request for a refund for the unused night was rejected. Additionally, we were unable to reach any authorized representative via Booking.com. We informed the hotel one day in advance that we would be vacating the room, and according to Booking.com’s refund policy, we were entitled to a refund. However, our request was rejected.” This experience was highly disappointing and far below acceptable accommodation standards. I strongly advise future guests to reconsider before booking and not waste their money here.
