The hotel is very well located for access to the park. The room was spacious and clean with enough room to put clothes. EXCELLENT cappucino - thank you to the kind young lady who prepared one - even if it was extra it was worth it.

Though not at all rude, Staff was not very welcoming. It's just that after a long trip a little smile when checking in would be nice. Breakfast very mediocre. Room a bit noisy as close to a main road (luckily I had ear plugs) Sad that when I asked for a cappucino, I was told that there was no milk and to use the machines. Luckily a nice lady came to the rescue to make one and seemed to easily find the milk. The cappuccinos in the machine are frankly awful - more chocolate than coffee.

La gentillesse du personnel du bar ainsi que ceux du petit déjeuner

L'hôtesse "d'accueil" aux cheveux rouge très désagréable et de mauvaise volonté. La saleté et moisissures dans la chambre (voir photos), les lits très durs, pas faits correctement. Sans parler du bruit de l'ascenseur qui résonne dans la chambre jusque tard dans la nuit et très tôt le matin. De prime abord dans le hall l'hôtel paraît parfait mais entre l'accueil exécrable et la vétusté de l'hôtel nous ne recommandons pas !
