RUStaff is very friendly, restaurant is good (excl breakfast).
Skiroom does not have warmers for boots, we needed to buy warmers and dry boots one by one. Breakfast is poor, no hot food except eggs which you need to boil by yourself. Actually just bread, ham, musli and nothing more. Room is dirty, carpet with spoils, overall condition of the room like there ware no renovation for dozen of years. This stay is not what you expect paying 5+ thousand euro per week.

GBNice cosy location with ski in ski out abilities. Ski room is right on the slope so can get to lifts in <5 minutes. Room was nice and cosy, sauna facility also a nice bonus where can book to unwind after day on slopes.
Rooms did not have cups or tea making facilities or anything to drink water with.

A bit noisy outside late at night
AUThe staff at Le Portillo are outstanding and did their best to manage issues with other guests. The location is great, ski-out and very easy return, and the view from the mountain view rooms is wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel is very good when you don't feel like heading back out for dinner. The breakfast is simple, but plentiful, and the hot chocolates were greatly enjoyed by our teenage son. We loved the traditional mountain chalet decor (other reviews have called it dated but we think it is just in keeping with the traditional feel of the hotel).
Partying by other guests in their room unfortunately negatively impacted our stay (although the hotel did what they could to minimise the impact on us, including moving our room to another floor - but unfortunately our new neighbours were also room-party people). There is no lounge or relaxation area to enjoy outside your room other than the hotel bar, which doesn't open until 5pm. It would have been nice to be able to relax outside our room with our own bottle of wine, which you are able to do at other places. The hotels sauna and hammam needed to be booked in advance and costs €10 pp. This is not disclosed on Booking.com. Because of this, we didn't end up using these at all during our stay, although these listed features were a big reason why we chose this hotel. There are no boot dryers and the locker room is very crowded and busy, with limited space to be able to put your boots on (even standing!) There is very limited benches for sitting down, unless you use the benches out side). This is just a small detail and was only a small inconvenience (although boot dryers are lovely for starting the day with warmed boots!)
GBLight breakfast was good, good room size and great view. ski out Staff were smiling, helpful and pleasant.
The noise from the room above was bad and went on until the early hours for 3 nights, must have been a tiled floor above us, items being dropped and loud voices. Sauna was tatty and the steam room smelt very unclean which i reported. You couldnt ski in but it was only a short walk, may have been tough for tired people. Ski room needs boot heaters to dry them
