Le Sakura

The bathroom was incredible and the staff were warm kind and very professional.

Good little town with nice walk up to castle the walls and house of Ravière. Bikes in garage. Rooms good, evening food very good, Japanese options. Enjoyed our stay, on Via Rhona.

The reception guy was not up to date with our bookings so for 2 nights we had the worst room we ever saw and we travel often and everywhere..small , there was no room for a small nighttable....painted all black, walls, carpet.... The shower was so dirty, the curtains ( who still uses shower curtains nowadays...???) was so grimy it was disgusting... During the 1st night my husband and I got sick so we decided to cut the trip and go home...I asked if by any chance they could refound some of the money we had payed for the 2nd night...the personel ..no idea..no clue called the manager, we explained the situation, he said he would contact us via mail but nothing till 2day....5 days after our departure... We will be going back to Morestel often as we have family living there, but never ,ever again we'll be staying at the hotel Le Sakura.. Unfortunarely we were so upset and sad, I forgot to take some pics of room 14...

Staff, decor, location

Hitting my head in their garage and in our room. But that's my fault really.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nicely decorated and clean. Air conditioning was great. Staff were kind enough to help us arrange a very late and last-minute check-in which went very smoothly.
