"Good people, facilities are not top class, but it is convenient to the Hangzhou subway and economica"

The manager went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable, and proceeded to check in with me a few times during my stay. The hotel is extremely convenient to the Hangzhou metro. The breakfast was good and authentic Chinese.

The rooms do not have irons or ironing boards and there is no laundry service. The hotel has a free laundry room with irons and ironing boards. Some of the rooms and halls have a smell of cigarette smoke. Most of the staff do not speak English, and they rely on digital translators.
