L'accueil, le sourire du personnel.

Lit trop dur, il y avait de l'urine dans les WC à notre arrivée. L'éclairage de la chambre avec un fonctionnement particulier. Pas de verrou au wc, et la porte est trop proche du wc

La chambre propre, claire avec les équipements attendus. Le petit-déjeuner était classique et copieux. Le personnel à l'écoute et serviable. Grande douche, pour une fois, j'avais de la place!

Le système d'allumage des lampes était trop près de la tête de lit, j'ai allumé la chambre à plusieurs reprises en tapant dedans. Personnellement, je n'ai pas aimé la douche ouverte sur la chambre!
