Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mann bei der Anmeldung.

Wir hatten ein vier Sterne Hotel gebucht. Es war bei der Ankunft keine Person vor Ort. Nach mehrmaligen Telefonaten kam 20 Minuten später ein Angestellter. Uns wurde am Tag der Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass es weder Frühstück noch Abendessen gibt. Die nächste Gelegenheit war 7km entfernt. Es waren drei Gäste im Haus und es gab kein Personal ab 18:00 Uhr.

Tout était parfait, emplacement parfait, propreté et beauté du lieu,, restaurant délicieux, personnel très accueillant, merci encore pour le changement dans la grande suite. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Coup de coeur pour l'accueil kids friendly, les coloriages aux resto, les cadeaux et les minis chaussons et peignoirs pr enfants pr l'accès au jacuzzi extérieur.

Rien à signaler de négatif !

We love this hotel. Great staff, lovely rooms and the restaurant is great.

Some snooty people in the spa area - they did t like our children and were very vocal about it which was not nice as the kids were fine!
