Centrally situated in Rouen everywhere is within easy walking distance. With a view of the Palais du Justice our room was small but comfortable and was surprisingly quiet for a busy street. The bathroom was well supplied with towels and toilet tissue. The restaurant and cafe downstairs was handy for breakfast and delicious lunches.

Not a dislike, but for information there is no lift so you have to climb stairs.

We had no towels on arrival but that was no huge deal, the owner soon sorted it out though the supplied items were a bit on the small side to use after showering. But it was functional. Location is great once you find it.

Trying to get to the hotel was challenging with the instructions given (and I was on a motorbike so that definitely helps!). I ended up walking to it, then from that was able to work out how to get close enough to unload luggage. You can park at the end of the road on the corner of Rue Jeanne d'Arc and Pl..Marechal Foch. The underground car park for overnight secure parking is only about 5 mins away. The stairs are very tight if trying to carry a lot of luggage up to a room..Just be aware.

Zentrale Lage

Sehr kleine Zimmer, die nur über steile Treppen zu erreichen sind. Keine Klimaanlage, wir waren bei 28 Grad dort und konnten nachts kaum schlafen, bei offenem Fenster war es ziemlich laut. Für zwei (sehr) kleine Kaffees im dazugehörigen Restaurant (das gleichzeitig auch die Rezeption war) wurden uns 8 Euro berechnet, der teuerste Preis der ganzen Frankreichreise.
