Le ménage satisfaisant.

- la situation géographique de la résidence : quartier insecure et malfamé, des déchets de partout, des épaves de voitures brûlées ... - pas de parking (et tu ne peux pas laisser ta voiture dehors, vu l'ambiance du quartier) - les équipements sommaires (pas de climatisation, les oreillers tâchés, fenêtres qui ne ferment pas, un ascenseur en panne...) - une vue à couper le souffle sur une déchetterie à ciel ouvert. A fuir !

The room was nice

Worst pillows. Basically broken foam in a pillow case. Having the guest throw the garbage away when there is no garbage disposal on the floor is wrong.

"Un rapport qualité prix correct pour Marseille mais des prestations tout de même minimales."

Studio très propre et plutôt bien placé proche d'un arrêt de bus.

Attention ! Résidence étudiante ! Pas de possibilité de stocker les bagages le weekend ou en soirée. Équipement minimal et rue assez bruyante, on ne peut pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes.
