Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La cuisine était délicieuse et de grande qualité. La serveuse était très attentive, sympathique et chaleureuse. Notre chambre était spacieuse, belle et parfaitement propre. De plus, le ski-bus pour La Clusaz ne prend que 5 minutes. Notre chien a également été chaleureusement accueilli. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. We booked it for one night, expecting the advertised spa and cozy Alpine chalet style. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The reception staff were cold and unfriendly. Having booked many hotels before, I can say that welcoming, attentive staff always add warmth to a stay, and this was completely lacking here. The room decor felt tired and uninviting — a strange combination of wood, glossy gray wallpaper, and metal that didn’t create a cozy atmosphere. Instead of a double bed, we got two single beds pushed together, leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Hot water was turned off at 11 PM, so anyone who hadn’t showered by then was out of luck. For meals and drinks, note that the restaurant closes at 8:30 PM and the bar at 9:30 PM. The spa was another major disappointment. Not only does it require prior booking for a maximum of 45 minutes, but even then, using the jacuzzi with four other people under a strong chlorine smell was unbearable. Within five minutes, it stung the eyes and throat — inhaling such fumes in the sauna and hammam seems unsafe. Breakfast the next morning was ok. The only remark: staff working with food should keep their hair tied. I found two hairs in my meal, which made it impossible to enjoy. The coffee was also not tasty. Important details like the pool being open only in summer and the spa requiring advance booking and limited usage are hard to find in the hotel description, so guests need to pay close attention. Overall, this hotel is too expensive for the quality offered, and I would not recommend it for this price.

La zone spa est très sympa. L'accueil est cordiale. Le bâtiment est un mélange d'ancien et de typique.

Great hotel 5-10 minutes drive from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. But still, very calm and quiet. Staff is absolutely wonderful (kind, always pro-active, very knowledgeable about the region ... ) Very clean, and Food was absolutely delicious > you can change the daily menu for a Fondue/Raclette or Tartiflette if you do not like the daily). Having access to the SPA (1h, daily reservation) was a great plus after a day skiing.

our bedroom was a bit cold sometimes ... but nothing bad
