Very close to all the locations that I wanted to visit: cathedral, Richard III museum, medieval streets. So close to the actual car-park where RIII was found! Very easy to check-in and out.

Excellent property. Well decorated, fantastic large room, really comfortable bed, great location, fab to have EV charging just behind the hotel.

It was very warm. The Dyson fan was welcomed but maybe consideration of this is needed considering the increasingly warm climate.

Very convenient location for visiting Richard III Visitor Centre, Leicester Cathedral & The Guildhall. Modern room & bathroom. Tray with tea, coffee, biscuits & milk. Small fridge. Free parking on site for 24 hours.

Room was warm & stuffy & the air con unit wasn’t effective.

Fantastic location right opposite the cathedral in the centre of town but quiet! Room was beautiful and very well set out with lots of nice touches. The warm welcome at the Saint Martin’s House was lovely and all staff we spoke to were really helpful.

It was a particularly hot night and there was no air con. A huge fan was provided and we can’t complain as the room otherwise was beautiful - and the cost great value for money.
